The process of reorganization of the Closed Joint-Stock Company "The Eastern Reinsurance Company” by joining to the IC "Megapolis", Ltd, was completed. The increase in the share capital up to 600 million rubles of the restructured IC "Megapolis", Ltd, is registered.

In addition, the documents for renaming of the Insurance Company "Megalopolis" to "The Eastern Insurance and Reinsurance Company", Ltd, are filed to the Federal Tax Service.
